Take advantage of individual player skill and skating development program during your holiday break!!! Each day will have a specific theme to challenge the players. Speciality guest coaches will be instructing each day to give the players the ultimate in complete player development.

On ice curriculum:

Day 1 - edges/balance/mobility

Day 2 - shooting & scoring skills

Day 3 - position specific development

Day 4 - explosive skating & speed training

Dry land training - sessions are age specific focused on hockey specific training tailored to each individual age group.
