This camp is designed to ensure players are physically ready to enter into full contact hockey in the upcoming Spring Season.

Each day will consist of two on ice sessions and one dryland training session.

The first on ice session each day will be focused on the fundamentals of giving and receiving a check in a variety of situations. Players will learn to protect themselves entering into full contact hockey.

The second ice time will be focused on high paced game situation training. This ice time will be focused on getting the players ready for CSSHL evaluations and the start of the upcoming Spring Hockey Season.
