2016 / 2017/ 2018 FEMALE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT 
WITH SARA SWIDERSKI, OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY

Sara is excited to join the IHD staff to coach in the inaugural SWID Female Hockey Camp. 
 
This is an exciting opportunity for young female players following in Sara’s footsteps to get on the ice and learn from a leader in female hockey. 
 
Sara has trained with IHD since she was a very young player. She is looking forward to giving back to girls that have the same goals and aspirations that she had as a young female player. 
 
Camp Structure
• One On-Ice Skill Session per day
• One Dryland Training Session per day
 
Each on ice sessions will focus on skill development, skating efficiency, puck control, and in game situations. 
 
Each player will receive a camp jersey. 
 
Dryland Development
Dryland sessions will be developed and implemented by experienced IHD off ice trainers .
