On Ice Development 
 
Impact Hockey has been a leader in skating development for over 20 years. Our Power Skating program has been designed to break down skating mechanics and technique.   
 
Led by Karen Koss, one of the Lower Mainland’s most sought-after skating coaches, this program is built around developing efficient, powerful and technically sound movement on the ice.

This is exclusively a skating camp, with no pucks or goalies. The camp will begin with the foundation of mechanics, posture, and balance. We then progress into essential tools and movements that all players must master- the key focuses will be:

Tight turns 
Crossovers
