U11 / U13 MANNY ARCENEAUX SPEED CAMP 
AUGUST 17 - 21 SEE SCHEDULE 
 
Manny Arceneaux is a former elite NFL and CFL wide receiver. He is now a high performance speed and strength coach based out of Dallas, Texas.
Manny's speed camp has become a staple to the IHD summer programming. 
 
On Ice Development 
The on ice training will also be focused on developing faster and more powerful skaters. 
Explosive skating is a combination of athletic ability and technique. Players will learn acceleration in a variety of situations. 
 
Utilizing training tools such as parachutes, resistance harnesses, medicine balls and speed bungees, this class is for the player wanting and willing to push themselves.
 
Dryland Development
Manny brings a new level of energy and intensity to his training sessions. 
 
Getting faster is a science, based off training methods. If you want to get faster you must train to become faster. Manny is an expert in teaching the players how to become faster and more explosive. The off ice training sessions are all focused towards speed, agility and quickness 
 
This will be a demanding and rewarding camp.
