Emmitt, an IHD alumni, is excited to host his first ever IHD camp! He will be on the ice working directly with players, coaching and mentoring while leading by example as a strong role model for young athletes.
$100 from every registration will be donated to a charity of his choice.
 
All players registered  for this program will receive special camp hats! 
 
On Ice Development 
1. PUCK SKILL 
Carrying the puck in open ice 
Carrying puck in traffic 
Head up + feet moving 
Moves and dekes 
Deception + evasiveness 
 
2. PASSING 
Passing fundamentals 
Eyes up finding options and reading the ice 
Passing drills with speed in game situations 
 
3. SHOOTING 
Variety of shooting situations 
Various types of shots 
 
DRYLAND TRAINING 
 Dryland training sessions will be age-specific to push and challenge players in a fun and safe environment. 
 
The players will work on strength, conditioning, coordination, core strength, and balance in a fun and challenging environment.
