Our Rugby Athletic Performance Program is designed to build stronger, faster, and more explosive athletes through a structured three day per week training schedule.
Each week includes:
● 2 Gym Training sessions located at IHD training centre inside Langley Canlan
Focused on developing total-body strength, power, stability, and explosiveness
● 1 Track Performance Session located at MAP field
Dedicated to improving speed, acceleration, agility, quickness, and running mechanics.
Training takes place in a high performance athletic environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. Every session is designed with purpose, emphasizing proper technique, progressive development, and consistent effort.
