Brenden Dillon of the NJ Devils is excited to be back on the ice with his Defense camp again this summer!
 
Brenden is an IHD legend who has been working with IHD and coach Tim since he was 10 years old. This is always an exciting camp with great energy on and off the ice.
 
$20 from every registration will go to Brenden's Charity of Choice - Heros Hockey.

Dryland Development
 
Dryland training will be done at the rink outside.  Kids will push hard in a fun and safe environment.  IHD trainers will be coaching the kids to ensure proper athletic technique.  Developing athletic tools off the ice will transfer onto the ice for increased speed, power, strength, explosive power, and mobility.
 
Players will use a variety of training methods that are suitable for their age and athletic ability.
