PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This elite-level development program is designed for players with a strong passion for hockey and who want to accelerate their development to the highest levels.

Players must be goal-orientated and driven to put the effort, focus and dedication into getting better.

Players will be pushed hard and held to a high standard of execution of drills in training.

The players must have a growth mindset so they can advance through the training program with purpose and passion.

Players will be pushed as individuals. Players will be pushed to their potential. This is an individual skill development program

SMALL GROUP ON-ICE TRAINING

Small group training sessions are an optimum landscape for learning and growth. The low player-to-coach ratio allows for detailed correction for advanced progression.

Players will receive individual instruction in an environment where they will be pushed to learn details of skills and to do drills correctly.

ON-ICE SESSIONS WILL HAVE A SPECIFIC FOCUS:

Skating Mechanics - moving with efficiency

Skill Development -puck skills

Positional Specific - skills within a system

Competitive Growth - battle and compete drills to get players game-ready

DRYLAND TRAINING

Dryland training is a very important part of young athletes' development. Hockey is an intense sport that requires balance, coordination, speed, power, strength, and explosiveness. Athletes must develop well-rounded athletic abilities off the ice, that will

transfer onto the ice. Players will focus on hockey-specific athletic movements designed specifically for their age group. Players will enjoy boxing, plyometrics, foot speed, strength, and conditioning along with core and balance development drills. All the tools developed off the ice will translate onto the ice for a complete
