Speed, Agility, and Quickness. This IHD Explosive Power Skating Program is designed for Rep Level Atom, Peewee, and Bantam players. All players will be grouped according to division. All sessions will consist of HIGH LEVEL POWER SKATING with several training tools such as Parachutes, Resistance Harnesses, and Speed Bungees. Each session will be conducted in a circuit training format using several unique training methods to challenge and push each player. This class is for the player wanting and willing to push themselves to the limit. The expectation is hard work and commitment with maximum results as the reward.
