This full-day camp designed to prepare players for the upcoming spring hockey season. each day will consist of 2 ice times and 2 dryland sessions. The training model is structured to prepare the players to be at their best when the spring hockey season starts. IHD is committed to helping our players, both mentally and physically to be at their best for the new spring season. Spring hockey will always bring new challenges and expectations.
