Take advantage of individual player skill and skating development program during your holiday break!!!

Each group will consist of one on ice session and one dry land training session each day.

On ice curriculum:

Day 1 - skill and positional development

Day 2 - speed and power

Parachutes / harnesses / speed bungees and reaction training

Day 3 - competition, batttles and game situation development

Dry land training - sessions are age specific focused on hockey specific training tailored to each individual age group
