Female Development

This camp is a great way to take your game to the next level.

The camp is primarily skill-based, working on skating, passing, and shooting. Breaking the days into specific skill sessions allows us to really focus on the specifics of each skill:

• Forward/backward skating, 
• Acceleration and edges, 
• Stationary passing 
• Forehand, backhand, and passing in motion, 
• Shooting mechanics, and specific shooting techniques; snapshot, wrist shot, and backhand.
• Offensive and game tactics working on scoring, defense, and play without the puck.
