The ice sessions are designed to keep up your development, timing and conditioning to prepare you for next season. One ice time a week is devoted to skill and positional development. One ice time a week is geared towards competition and conditioning. Players can expect full ice, high paced scrimmages with conditioning to be ready for the start of training camp.
