The ice sessions are designed to keep up your development, timing, and conditioning to prepare you for next season. One ice time a week is devoted to skill and positional development, and one ice time a week is geared towards competition and conditioning. Players can expect full-ice, high-paced scrimmages with conditioning to be ready for the start of training camp.
