Pro D Days are a great opportunity for players to get extra training to develop skills and have a ton of fun.  Impact Hockey is excited to announce that we will be offering 1-day camps for kids who have the day off school and are looking for something fun and rewarding to do with their time!

8:00 - Arrive at Rink 

8:30 - 9:30 - On Ice Session

9:30 - 9:45 - Change for Dryland 

9:45- 10:45 - Dryland Training 

10:45 - Pick up 

U11 (2014/2015) - $149 + GST

8:45- Camp Check in 

9:00 - 10:00 -  Dryland Training 

10:00 - 10:30- Dress for Ice

10:30- 11:30 - Ice Session #1 - Positional Development/ Skill Development

11:30 - 11:45 - Change out of Gear

11:45 - 12:15 - Lunch Break

12:15 - 1:15 -   Dryland Training #2 (upstairs in Banquet Room)

1:15 - 1:30 -  Dress for Ice 

1:30 - 2:20 - Ice Session #2 - Scrimmage

2:30- Pick up
