DAY 1 – Offensive play :

Forwards and D will work together on Break out and Regroups options then be broken into forward and D groups. D will work on creating offense from the blue line ie. wall walks, deception, looking for sticks net-front, finding seams and back door plays. Forwards will learn zone entries and supporting the puck off the rush ie. middle drive, triple drive, open ice chips, and behind the net plays

DAY 2 – Defensive Play:

Forwards and D will be split into groups and work on plays off the rush and download plays. Forwards will be learning how to create offense in both areas combining some of the skills they have learned while D will learn how to play 1vs1, 2vs2, and 3vs2 as well as the importance of positioning and having a good stick, how to contain an offensive player and when to force a play

DAY 3 – Small area games and game situations

The group will combine all the skills they have mastered on the previous 3 days of in-game situational play and small area games while recreating gameplay in a controlled environment.
