GIRLS ONLY | SUMMER '22

This camp is a great way to get ready for the season and take your game to the next level. This camp includes one dryland session and one on-ice session.  Our focus for the first ice session is primarily skill-based, working on skating, passing, and shooting. Breaking the days into specific skill sessions allows us to focus on each skill's specifics: forward/backward skating, acceleration and edges, stationary passing forehand and backhand and passing in motion, shooting mechanics, and specific shooting techniques- snapshot, wrist shot, and backhand.

In our second session, we apply the skills focused on in our first session to offensive and game tactics working on scoring, defense, and play without the puck.     Be there and ready to put the work in and have a blast doing it!
