ELITE FEMALE ONLY DEVELOPMENT 

In this advanced skill development program the players will be focused on puck skills and scoring. This program will be a small group of players working on the details that take players from good to great. Learning the game's finer points allows players to advance to the next level.

Players can expect to work on skills they traditionally don't get to work on in a team practice environment.

Some key teaching points will be:

Quick Release shooting

Changing of angles on release

Deception and moves

Handling bad passes

Controlling rimmed pucks

Skating deception

Net front scoring and deflections

Point shots and offensive skills for defense

One-timers and redirections
