This camp is designed to ensure players are physically ready to enter into full contact hockey in the upcoming Season.
Each day will consist of two on ice sessions and one dryland training session.
The first on ice session each day will be focused on the fundamentals of giving and receiving a check in a variety of situations. Players will learn to protect themselves entering into full contact hockey.
