DELTA | U15 HITTING CLINIC

IHD is excited to offer a hitting clinic this summer. This camp will be both on ice and off ice sessions. This camp is designed to help prepare U15 players for the upcoming season with contact and hitting. All facets of checking and contact skills will be covered over the 5 day camp with a major emphasis being put on player safety. 

Player’s will gain confidence in all things checking and hitting including; positioning and angling, stick checks, body contact confidence with both taking and receiving a check, body checking, and using the body to separate opposing players from the puck. The off-ice portion of the camp will review the contact skills learned on ice as well as a focus on weight training, speed, agility, and quickness.
