Do you need to develop your first three steps?

Manny Arceneaux and Impact Hockey have collaborated to build a unique athletic development opportunity this summer.

Speed on the ice is a product of two critical elements:

1- Athletic ability

2- Technical application and implementation on the ice

In this high energy intense camp you will develop both.

On the ice IHD coaches will retool and develop the techincal elements of speed and focus purely on building speed and power.

Off the ice, players will be pushed and coached by one of the most dynamic and explosive athletes in CFLs history. Manny prides himself on developing speed in his athletes; he will focus on footwork, quickness and speed. Manny is a fun, high energy and demanding coach that will push IHD players to limits they have never seen before!

Manny has been a guest coach with IHD in the past, players love the time with him!
