MONDAY to THURSDAY - 2 ice sessions and one dryland daily Includes an IHD Jersey, T-shirt and Water Bottle
This camp is built to get the girls ready to be at their best for tryouts and the start of the hockey season. The all girls camp is a highlight for the IHD coaches. We enjoy pushing the girls hard on and off the ice, but have fun at the same time. The first ice time in this camps structure iis all individual development focused on skating, passing, puck control and shooting. The second ice session is for game situation development and competition based drills. All the dryland training sessions are designed to push the girls hard so they can develop their athletic tools in a fun and safe environment keeping the dryland training sessions age specific.
