Join Impact Hockey Development for two days of high-energy training during the holiday break.
Each group will take part in on-ice development and dryland sessions led by IHD’s professional coaching staff with a 1:7 player-to-coach ratio.
Camp Focus
This will be a fun and rewarding camp for all players. All training sessions are focused on individual player development, with an emphasis on improving specific skills and habits. Players can expect to be pushed hard toward their goals of getting better each day.

1:00 – 1:50 PM — On-Ice Session
1:50 – 2:15 PM — Change
2:15 – 3:15 PM — Dryland Training
