MANNY ARCENEAUX SPEED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

“The Manny Show”

Impact Hockey is thrilled to join forces again with CFL legend Manny Arceneaux.  Manny is an elite athlete who knows what it takes to get to the next level, and this Spring we are lucky to have him providing us with an AT HOME Speed, Agility and Quickness program!!

SPEED and QUICKNESS are two of the most influential aspects to being a successful player.  SPEED is a skill that shows up all over the ice. EXPLOSIVENESS is a skill that separates players.

This is our second year working with Manny, and the results last year were phenomenal.  Manny pushes the players to their limits and beyond, while providing a high energy and motivating atmosphere where the players can thrive.

Add this weekly speed program to your spring season plan and TAKE YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

Our Hitting Clinic will be both on and off ice training, this camp is designed to help prepare U15 players for the start of the Spring season. They will learn the fundamentals of giving and receiving body contact as it is important for young players to build the know-how and confidence to play a full-contact game.  The focus will be on safety in giving and receiving a body check, delivering a hit and receiving a hit in open ice and along the boards as well as angling and steering.

We will start with detailed instructions and repetitions in a learning and teaching environment. As the camp progresses the focus will shift to in-game situations and battle drills.
