NOTE: Groups are a maximum of 22 skaters and two goalies. Each on-ice and dry land session will have two instructors. Registration is first come first served.

Age groups:
Age groups are determined by the level the player is going to be playing in the 2008/2009 season.
On ice session will be a combination of:
- Power skating
- Skill development (passing, shooting and puck control)
- Checking
- Conditioning
- Game situation drills
- Positional; development
- Body Checking and Angling – Strong emphasis for players going into Peewee
- Intense and hi paced scrimmages
Dry land sessions will focus on the development of:
- Speed
- Agility
- Quickness
- Balance
- Core strength
- Conditioning
- Team building and leadership exercises
- Fun games and activities
- Flexibility
- Explosive foot speed
Each player must provide their own water bottle. Proper gym strip is mandatory
(Gym Shoes, Shorts and a T-Shirt)
